ReplaceRoots does not own, operate, or control any medical clinic or dental practice. We do not provide clinical dental care, diagnostic examinations, prescription writing, or medical advice.
3. User Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or book a clinical consultation. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Consultations & Appointment Enquiries
Submitting an appointment request or consultation inquiry through ReplaceRoots transmits your request directly to the selected clinic. While we facilitate fast communication, final scheduling confirmation, clinical eligibility, and treatment feasibility remain under the sole discretion of the treating dental clinic.
5. Treatment Estimates & Pricing
Prices, fee ranges, and package estimates displayed on ReplaceRoots (e.g., Single Tooth Implant starting at ₹25,000, All-on-4 from ₹2,00,000) are indicative benchmarks submitted by verified clinics or derived from published clinic schedules. The final cost of clinical care depends upon individual anatomical requirements, bone density, pre-implant grafting, sinus lifting, diagnostic CBCT scans, and chosen prosthetic materials.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, editorial guides, logos, code, software, and compilation of marketplace directory data on ReplaceRoots are the proprietary property of ReplaceRoots and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ReplaceRoots, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to the platform or any dental treatments rendered by third-party clinics.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
